People driving change. /h1>

Change: some companies wait for it to happen. Others are forced to react to it. At TTi Global, driving change is at the heart of who we are. It’s a philosophy that has allowed us to grow from a small, family-run business to one of the world’s most trusted and innovative providers of business performance solutions.

It started with a spark of ingenuity.

In 1976, a husband and wife team named Shirley and John Brzezinski founded S&J Tech Data Service Company out of a small home office. The company provided services as a subcontractor for various suppliers to the automotive industry, focusing on research and development of service manuals and publications. Habitual innovators always seeking new avenues to explore, Shirley and John soon expanded the company to include training program development.

S&J Tech Data grew rapidly, both in size and reputation. And with the tremendous growth, trainers and numerous technical writers were added to the staff; the company moved its operations to an office in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and Technical Training, Inc. was formed.

Igniting a world of change.

Outsourcing its technical talent allowed TTi to absorb S&J and, in 1994, the corporation was reorganized as a full-service provider of training resources and support services. Never too comfortable with its successes, the company continued to seek new ways to add value for its clients. The result was an international expansion that has led to offices in China, Japan, Thailand, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Venezuela. In 2008, regional offices were added in Europe and new territories continued to be explored as the company brought its pioneering spirit to India and the Middle East.

In 2010, TTi Global acquired Lorien Connect; further enhancing its global footprint, capabilities and position as a truly global organization.

Driving toward a brighter future.

Today, you’ll find TTi Global staffing, training, research, and consulting experts hard at work, every day, driving change and delivering results in more than 24 countries on five continents. As the world continues to change, TTi Global will continue to lead and adapt; never forgetting where we’ve come from, but believing that there’s no limit to where we can go.
