TTi Global Honored by the Michigan Veteran Affairs Agency
The Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency (MVAA) recognizes TTi Global's commitment to recruiting and retaining veteran talent by honoring TTi Global with the Bronze-Level Certification Award.
Rochester Hills, Michigan, July 26, 2016- TTi Global was recently honored by the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency (MVAA) as a bronze-level veteran-friendly employer. TTi Global was recognized for its continuing efforts to hire and support veteran talent in its workforce.
David L. Dunckel, CBSP, Employment Analyst at the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency presented Ronald Krzeminski, TTi Global’s Recruiting Manger/Veteran Affairs Liaison with the veteran-friendly employer certification and commended the global workforce development company’s commitment to veteran employment.
“TTi Global signed the “ESGR Statement of Support” last September, and MVAA is proud to award TTi Global for its continued commitment to developing a strong veteran’s program,” stated Dunckel. “Veterans add value to the companies that hire them, and TTi Global is providing a great model for employing and training veterans. We look forward to working with TTi Global to help better recognize and support veterans and the valuable skills and experiences they bring to the workplace.”
“By becoming an MVAA Certified Veteran-Friendly Employer,” states Lori Blaker President/CEO of TTi Global, “We are declaring to the veteran community that we recognize the importance of hiring veterans. We will actively seek out veteran applicants and encourage them to seek employment with our organization.”
MVAA bronze-certification recognizes an organization’s commitment to recruiting, training and retaining top veteran talent. Certification requires that companies educate their managers and supervisors on the value of hiring veterans and provide them with the tools they need to effectively manage veteran employees. Awarded companies agree to continually recognize and support our country's veterans and their families in appreciation for their service and sacrifice to our county.
Veteran-friendly employers can earn bronze-, silver- or gold-level status, and with each level comes an increased commitment to including veteran talent in their workforce.
